Image Ad Page Requirements

• Image Ad pages are designed by customer.
• InDesign, Quark or high resolution PDF files are acceptable formats for image ads. Fonts and links must be included if sending InDesign or Quark files.
• Size of image ads are 8 3/8" x 10 7/8" with a 1/4" bleed all around
  (8.375 x 10.875 with a .125 bleed).
• All live matter needs to be kept within the 8"x10" area of the page
  (live matter refers to any image or text not considered bleed).
• All images used in the ad must be high resolution
  (300 dpi) and CMYK.

Property Listing Page Requirements

• All property Listing pages are designed in-house using client’s
  layout preference if possible.**
• For each property please provide:
• property heading information
• High resolution picture(s)
• Copy
• Company logo and contact information (address, telephone,
  website, email, etc.)
• When sending copy for property listings, please remember that we are not familiar with your property, so please make the link between copy and pictures clear.

** For design purposes Ranch Properties reserves the right to use a different layout than requested if necessary.

Photography Requirements

Digital photos need to have a resolution of 300 dpi when placed at 100%. Do not reduce or compress pictures once they have been taken at a high resolution.
Images used on websites do not have a high enough resolution to be used for print material. Do not submit images that have been formatted for or that have been pulled from websites.
JPGS, TIFFS, BMP or EPS files are acceptable image formats.
